Accepted File Formats
We accept the following artwork formats: PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, and JPEG.
To ensure high-quality prints, please submit artwork at 300 DPI minimum resolution.
Include a 2-inch bleed on all sides to avoid trimming important content.
Print-Ready Files & Proof Approval

All submitted artwork will be reviewed and prepared for print.

Pantone colours are not supported. Files are converted to CMYK, which may result in minor colour variation.

If your file passes inspection, we’ll send you a layout proof for confirmation. To speed things up, we may send it straight to print if it’s deemed error-free.

A digital proof will be sent for layout approval. You must confirm all elements (colours, design, spelling) via email before printing begins.

Approvals received after 1:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

10–15% colour variation is considered acceptable due to screen-to-print differences.
Product Quality & Finishing Standards
Guildford Banners uses large-format digital printing optimised for viewing from 2+ metres away — not for fine-detail photographic printing.
Size Tolerance: Finished size may vary by up to 2–5 cm.
Construction Details:

Banners under 10 ft are printed in one piece.
-
Larger banners may have seamless joints, professionally aligned and bonded.

Hemming is charged separately for banners under 60 sq ft.
Delivery & Packaging
Orders are dispatched within 5–6 working days of final artwork approval. This timeline excludes weekends and holidays.
Packaging Notes:

Items larger than 110 cm x 110 cm will be folded, which may cause light creasing or discolouration. These are not defects.

To request rolled delivery (on a tube), select the “Rolled on Tube” option at checkout. This may incur a small fee and add 1 working day to your delivery.

Express & Urgent Services
We offer same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour printing options.

Express jobs must be confirmed before 1:00 PM on working days.

Late confirmations may be subject to a 50% rush surcharge.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographic evidence (taken from 2+ metres) showing the issue.
Eligible Return Reasons:

Print quality issues (excluding minor colour variations)
-
Incorrect product type or sizing based on your confirmed order

Missing elements (eyelets, hems, pole pockets, etc.)
Return Shipping:

If authorised, returns must be sent back at your own cost using a tracked courier.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
If your package is visibly damaged on arrival, do not accept it. Once accepted, damage claims will not be honoured.
Fraud Prevention & Order Validation
To protect against misuse:

All banners are photographed and weighed before shipping.

Fraudulent refund claims will result in legal action and recovery of all costs.
Intellectual Property
All custom artwork, layouts, and designs created by Guildford Banners remain our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to use final designs and photos (with or without customer credit) in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds issued post-design approval will incur a 50% design deduction fee.
Liability & Dispute Resolution

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

Any disputes raised via PayPal, credit card, or merchant providers will follow their resolution process. Their decision will be final and binding.

We will provide all documentation to support our position.
Privacy & Communications

Our liability on any order is limited strictly to the order value.

Any payment disputes via PayPal or merchant providers are final and cannot be re-challenged elsewhere.
